Medical Missions
Your coffee purchase creates jobs. Your presence changes lives.
Every cup of 504 Café coffee supports fair wages and real jobs for farming families in Honduras, income that goes directly back into payroll and expenses on the farm. That's the foundation. But the mission doesn't stop at coffee, it extends into medical care and the love of Christ, carried by people who give their time and pay their own way to go.
We ran our first medical mission trip in October 2026. Starting in 2027, we're committing to four medical mission trips a year, because consistent care means these communities get real follow up. Nobody gets a single visit and then feels forgotten.
Our next medical mission trip is scheduled for February 2027.
Who We're Always Looking For…
Medical Providers
Doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners who can diagnose and treat patients on the ground.
Nursing & Patient Care
Registered nurses and medical assistants who provide hands-on care, support providers, and help patients feel looked after at every step.
Dental & Speciality Care
Dentists, dental hygienists, and other specialists who can extend care beyond general medicine into areas these communities rarely have access to.
Language & Logistics
Spanish translators and non-medical volunteers who keep the trip running, bridging communication, managing logistics, and making sure care actually reaches the people who need it.
What does a medical mission trip look like?
Our teams are made up of medical professionals and volunteers who give their time, skill, and personal resources to serve alongside us, people like doctors, physician assistants, and nurses, bringing medicine and hands-on care to families in the same communities where your coffee is grown. It's not a separate initiative from our coffee mission, it's the same mission, lived out through a different kind of service.
Your trip payment covers food, lodging, transportation, and translators for the full trip, so once you arrive, the logistics are handled and you can focus on the people you're there to serve.
